Delivery/Shipping

There are three different delivery options:

1. Local Pickup

• Free of charge
• Pick up from Mooroolbark.
• Order is generally ready within 48 hours of purchase.
• Collection is preferred Friday's before 12pm, however alternative days can be arranged.
• A confirmation message will be sent with instructions to confirm pickup time and date. Address will be provided once time and date is arranged.
• Bring your confirmation email when you collect your order.

 

2. Local Delivery (within 10kms)

• Flat rate of $8.00
• Delivery day is Friday, with the potential of other days if arranged with customer.
• By choosing this delivery method, you consent to leaving your delivery unattended if no-one is home to receive it.
• If you're not home, we will leave it in a safe place.
• Once package has been delivered safely, we will no longer be responsible for any damage/ loss of products.
• You will receive confirmation of safe arrival of delivery.

 

3. Australia Post

Shipping costs will vary with each order, as it is weight dependent.

• 0-0.5kg - $7.00
• 0.5-1kg - $10.00
• 1kg-5kg - $15.00
• 5kg upwards - $20.00

Please allow 2-8 business days for your products to arrive.

Please note, as we are a small business our dispatch days are Mondays and Fridays.

We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Please be mindful that with the current COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping and estimated delivery times may be extended. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
